Heritage Pork raised on rotational pasture with a diet high in garden/vegetable scraps.  Down Payment is $100 per 1/2 hog(Reserve by July).  Final price is $4/lb hanging weight(minus $100 down payment). You pay butchering costs. Total is payed after hog is brought to butcher and hanging weight is determined. Average 1/2 hog weighs approximately 70-90lbs.  Pigs are ready in November/December.   Contact us with any questions.
